Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business day for orders to be processed and shipped. Our system automatically notifies you when your order is being processed, and again when it has shipped.
Any week day orders placed after 2pm Mountain time will be addressed the next business day.
Any orders placed Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday will be processed the next business day.
For orders with special shipping constraints and requests, please follow up with customer service at 888-770-3337. We are here Monday through Friday 9am – 7pm MT, Saturday 10 am – 5pm MT, and Sunday Noon – 4pm MT.

Shipping prices depend on method of shipping chosen, weight and dimensions of package and zip code destination.
ReturnsAny unused products purchased from a Sol Ne online store can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days from date of delivery. A valid exchange or return must adhere to the following guidelines:
1. It was purchased through a Sol Ne online store.
2. Receipt of Purchase or Order Number must be provided
3. The product is in its original unused condition - product has not been altered, worn or damaged.
4. All returns must be pre-authorized by calling 303-694-0600or email Contact@SolNe.com
If the above criteria have been met, then the customer will receive a full refund less $10 for shipping and handling.
Exchanges
All exchanges are handled as a separate invoice from the original order. Please follow the above returns process to return your purchase. Then place a NEW ORDER for the new items you would like. Your return will be credited to your credit card and any new order will be a new charge.
Warranty Policy
Any defective item that is covered by manufacturer’s warranty will require a phone call to 303-694-0600 to set up receipt and warranty of product.
All warranties must be pre-authorized. Fill out the RMA form for a return authorization (r/a) number. Put the r/a number on the outside of the package you return to us.
Any items purchased from a Sol Ne online store are under a manufacturers warranty from original date of purchase. Proof of purchase from a Sol Ne online store is required for any return, exchange or repair. This warranty does not apply to damage due to misuse, including but not limited to the following: abuse, negligence, accidents), repairs or alterations made outside of the factory, wear and tear, or lack of maintenance.
Upon producing valid proof of purchase, all shipping and handling fees charged to us by vendor, as well as any additional shipping costs we incur will be charged once issue is resolved.
The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace all warranty product issues at their discretion. Sol Ne online stores assume no responsibility for the owner being without product during shipping, handling and processing of any warranty issue.
Expect 6-8 weeks for return of any warranty product, whether replaced, repaired, store credited, or denied. All store credits must be redeemed within one year from the store receiving the credit and the full value must be used entirely during one transaction; (credit is valid for items at their regular price, credit cannot be used for the sale price of any item). If the product is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, the manufacturer will return the item to the Sol Ne online store to which the Warranty was submitted.
